Ingredients:
- Potatoes (cubed)
- Carrots (coined)
- Onions (diced)
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cup milk
- .25 cup cheddar
- Seasonings: black pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning
The Process:
Put the potatoes, carrots, onions, and some garlic in a big pot with water and boil until the potatoes are soft.
In the meantime, mix the flour and milk with the black pepper and Italian seasoning.
Once the potatoes and carrots are soft put them in a foil lined casserole dish. The foil makes it easy to clean up, but isn't necessary.
Pour the flour/milk mix over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the cheese over that. Again, not necessary but is nice. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
